Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to exercise and connect with yourself and your baby.  This class will prepare mom-to-be for the rigors of childbirth by improving flexibility, particularly in the hips, and increasing body strength and endurance.  In addition to the physical exercises, students will learn breathing techniques to release fear and anxiety, helping them to relax and enjoy this special time. No previous yoga experience is required.
